Use the
whole shop.

Every resource below is real and currently available. Each one tells you exactly how to use it — no forms that go nowhere.

R-01

Mentorship

1:1 pairing with Purdue alumni, local founders, and Midwest investors. Strategic guidance, warm introductions, and help avoiding the classic early mistakes.

How to use it

Email us two lines about your startup and what you need; we match you from the network.

R-02

Find a cofounder

Most cofounder matches happen in person — community nights, the Pivot Challenge, and working sessions are built for it.

How to use it

Show up and tell people what you're building. Or email us what you're looking for and we'll make direct introductions.

R-03

Funding & pitch support

The Anvil doesn't write checks — we get you ready for the people who do. Pitch practice with honest feedback, BoilerLaunch prize money, and introductions to VC partners and Purdue ecosystem funding.

How to use it

Start with pitch practice; when you're ready, we'll point you to the right investors or programs.

R-04

Workshops & skills

Hands-on sessions on fundraising mechanics, pitch design, product-market fit, and go-to-market — led by practitioners, not lecturers.

How to use it

Announced each semester on Instagram and the events page.

R-05

Ecosystem navigation

Purdue has more startup resources than any one student can track — Purdue Innovates, HIVE, Burton D. Morgan competitions, regional accelerators. We know the map and the people.

How to use it

Ask us where to go for IP questions, grants, competitions, or accelerators — we'll route you.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us what you’re building.

Founders can plug in any time during the year — no application window. Two sentences is enough — we’ll reply with the specific program, person, or event that fits.
